Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are valid for any order placed on the online shop "Lebeaubeads.co.uk' and "Lebeaubeads.com". We do not accept other terms and conditions by the ordering party.
Orders placed on Lebeaubeads.com and Lebeaubeads.co.uk
All orders placed are binding. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and service by allowing us to use your personal details for supply of the goods, including passing your details on to the couriers. We are not obliged to supply goods until we confirm your order by e-mail or telephone.
Pricing
Price changes may occur over a period of time and will be displayed online. In case of production problems the ordering party will be contacted immediately.
Important: The ordering party is responsible for entering the correct full postal address including postcode and e-mail address during the ordering process.
In order to avoid any tasteless and unseemly transactions we reserve the right not to process orders. In such a case the ordering party will be informed and any money paid will be refunded.
Payments
Payments can be made by through PAYPAL, POSTAL ORDER OR CHEQUE. Telephone payments are not accepted.
You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.
Delivery
We deliver worldwide by Royal Mail. Orders are normally posted within three to five working days and sent by First Class Mail. Recorded Delivery is used for orders over £75.00. For orders under this value this service is available at an extra cost. Lebeaubeads can not be responsible for lost or delayed first class mail once handed over to the Royal Mail.
Returns
Should goods prove to be faulty within three months of receiving your order, then we will replace them free of charge.
Within 7 working days of receiving your order, you can return your order it if you are not completely satisfied. Returned goods should be sent to Lebeaubeads, PO Box 365, Leeds, LS19 9GY. Please contact us before you return the goods at sales@lebeaubeads.com.
Returned goods must be in their original packaging and (unless faulty) be in an unworn condition. The customer will be responsible for any postage and packing charges.
Personalised items will be subject to a £2.50 restocking charge and this will be deducted from the refunded amount. Postage costs will not be refunded.
Email-Policy / Privacy
The ordering party's personal details will be used to handle the order only and the information will not be passed on to third parties. From time to time, emails may be sent regarding our products and services.
Complaints
If you wish to make a complaint, please e-mail us and we will respond to the complaint within 3 working days.
Trade Marks
Goods advertised may not be available.
If in the unlikely event that certain goods advertised are not available you will be contacted via e-mail to arrange a refund or replacement.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
No guarantee
Despite the maximum care taken during the preparation of this web site, Lebeaubeads cannot guarantee the correctness and exactitude of the information which it contains. Lebeaubeads excludes any responsibility for damage, which might result directly or indirectly from the use of this web site.
Some components used to make our jewellery may prevent a choking hazard to children. You must, therefore, not leave children unattended whilst wearing their jewellery and under no circumstances must a child be allowed to sleep whilst wearing their jewellery. Lebeaubeads excludes any responsibility for such incidents.
