If I am not happy with my purchase, can I return it?

Yes you can. We offer a 7 day money back returns policy. Please contact us first if you are not entirely satisfied and we will do our best to resolve any problems.

If you wish to return an item, please email us first for a return address and reference number.   Please return within seven days of receipt and we will refund the cost of the item, less a £2.50 restocking charge for personalised items and the postage cost.

I have received my order, but the item is too small or too large.

Please ensure you review our bracelet size guide page prior to ordering. This will tell you the approximate size of the bracelet for the age of the wearer.

If upon receipt, you find our standard sizes are not appropriate, we can remake your jewellery to any size you require. We do however, charge of nominal amount of £2.50.

This cost reflects the time taken to alter the item, any additional beads and the postage back to yourself. Please contact us first before returning an item.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We can normally dispatch orders within five working days. On rare occasions, we can not meet this dispatch time if we are waiting for stock to arrive.

If we are unable to dispatch your order within five working days, we will contact you to let you know.

I need my order urgently, what should I do?

For urgent orders we can usually dispatch within two working days, subject to stock levels.

If you need your order urgently, please contact us prior to placing your order to ensure we can help you.

My child has damaged their bracelet, can you rethread it?

Our products are extremely well made and tested on children for reliability.

If however, your item of jewellery has broken and you would like it repairing we can do that for you.

If the item has broken within three months of purchase, we will rethread it free of charge. If the breakage happens outside three months of purchase, then we charge our standard nominal fee of £2.50 to repair it. This sum includes time taken, additional materials and postage costs back to yourself.

Please contact us first if you would like us to repair an item.

I would prefer my order to be sent by recorded delivery.

We can do this for you. Please select the delivery option link in the left hand side navigation bar and this will add this postal service to your order.

What postal service do you use?

We post orders under the value of £100 by First Class Post.  Sometimes orders will be dispatched in separate packages.

Orders over £100 are dispatched using the Recorded Delivery service.
