Delivery

Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within five working days. On rare occasions, we may be waiting for stock and are unable to meet this timescale. We will however contact you to let you know an estimated dispatch date.

If your order is urgent, please contact us first and we will do our best to help.

Postal Services 

Orders in the United Kingdom are dispatched using the first class service by the Royal Mail. Orders within the United Kingdom above £100.00 are dispatched using the "Recorded Delivery" service.

If you would like your  order sent by Recorded Delivery and your order value is below £100.00, please select the "Delivery Option" link from the left hand side navigation panel and add to your basket.

Orders will be dispatched to the address on the paypal payment confirmation, please ensure this is a current address. If you would like to use a different delivery address, please email us when you place your order.

Postage Costs

We charge a flat rate of £3.45 for postage and package on each order in the United Kingdom under £50.00. Orders over £50.00 within the United Kingdom are dispatched free of charge.

Postage costs within Europe and the Republic of Ireland are charged at a flat rate of £4.25.
Postage costs to the rest of the world are charged at a flat rate of £5.45
